Ankara Metropolitan Municipality had graffiti symbolizing healthcare professionals made on the bridges in the Bilkent City Hospital area in order to boost morale for the healthcare professionals who work devotedly during the pandemic process. Mayor of Metropolitan Municipality, Mansur Yavaş, shared on his social media accounts, “We are grateful for your sacrifices during the pandemic process. Good thing you exist, ”he said. Among the graffiti are the names of the healthcare professionals who lost their lives and the pictures of Turkish scientists Özlem Türeci and Uğur Şahin, who developed the Covid-19 vaccine.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality has equipped the bridge columns in the Bilkent City Hospital area with graffiti in order to show loyalty and morale to hero healthcare workers fighting the epidemic.

In the first post made by the Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality, Mansur Yavaş, on March 14, Medical Day, he said, “You have never stopped being with us under any circumstances. Whatever we do, we cannot pay your right. I wish God's mercy to our heroic healthcare workers, whom we lost during the pandemic period, I bow respectfully in front of all altruistic health workers ”, and the graffiti work he initiated for healthcare workers has been completed.

After the completion of the works, Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş shared on his social media accounts, “Our colleagues at the ANFA General Directorate, in cooperation with graffiti artists, decorated the bridge piers in the Bilkent City Hospital area with graffiti representing heroic health workers. We are grateful for your sacrifices during the pandemic process. Good thing you exist, ”he said.

The healthcare workers who use Beytepe Village Road and Bilkent Boulevard, which are one of the important crossing points to reach Bilkent City Hospital, are welcomed by the colorful graffiti that symbolizes healthcare professionals, prepared in cooperation with the Painting Workshop artists and Ankara's graffiti artists, which started to serve under the ANFA General Directorate started.

3 bridge cheeks and 13 columns along the route of the hospital; All healthcare professionals, from doctor to caregiver, from ambulance driver to nurse, were portrayed in many different concepts. Among the graffiti, there are the names of the healthcare professionals who lost their lives and the images of Özlem Türeci and Uğur Şahin, the Turkish scientists who developed the Covid-19 vaccine, while the General Directorate of ANFA will arrange the ground and landscape in the region.
