The best 55 engineers and 25 technicians in their field, working day and night, entered the strategic base where a significant part of the microchip needs of the Turkish defense industry were met. UEKAE Institute Director Erdal Bayram says that they are still capable of adapting the production of microchips for the defense industry to other sectors. One of these sectors is automotive, which is on the agenda with the chip shortage it is experiencing.

Those who hear our products indirectly are knocking on our door. We do not produce products that are ready on the shelf. We make special designs and productions for the purpose. "
