The Urgent Expropriation decision for the new exit from Erenler for the TEM Highway was published in the Official Gazette.
The Urgent Expropriation decision taken for the transportation of TEM Highway toll booths, which was brought to the agenda by Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem Yüce a while ago, was published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Erdoğan.
According to the project, the TEM Highway toll booths in Arifiye district will be moved to Erenler district. After Sapanca, Akyazı and Hendek, the 3rd motorway entrance to Sakarya will be located in Erenler. Entrance to the central area of the city will now be provided from Erenler.
According to the study, the new TEM Highway toll booths to be built in Erenler district will be built in Kamışlı neighborhood. The toll booths will be established on the empty land next to the Turkish Tractor Factory. In addition, many lands will be expropriated in the region.
According to the study, 91 parcels will be expropriated in Kamishli and Epceller Neighborhoods.
The expropriation works will be undertaken by the Metropolitan Municipality. Following the expropriation works, the road between TEM Kamış Toll Booths and D-100 will be rebuilt.
