İzmir Metropolitan Municipality ESHOT General Directorate has completed the obligation for residents of neighboring districts to come to the city center to receive a personalized İzmirim Card. İzmirim Card Mobile Service Vehicle, which will serve students, teachers, 60 years old, over 65, disabled, veterans and relatives of martyrs, will be put into service as of April 12.
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality ESHOT General Directorate has put into service the mobile service vehicle after five new personalized card application centers opened in different parts of the city. Thanks to the vehicle built in ESHOT workshops, residents of non-metropolitan districts will not need to come to the city center to get a card. Student, Teacher, Age 60, Over 65, Disabled, Veterans and Martyr's Relatives Izmirim Cards will be issued within five minutes.
The first stop will be Aliağa
İzmirim Kart Mobile Service Vehicle will start operating as of April 12 and its first stop will be Aliağa. Later, the mobile service vehicle that will serve in the districts of Menemen, Torbalı and Mendereste will serve in summer resorts in summer. The working schedule of the vehicle and the points it will serve will be announced regularly on the social media accounts of the General Directorate of ESHOT.

ESHOT has expanded its Personalized Izmirim Card service, which it previously provided only in the Card Center in Konak and in the card unit under the Konak Floor Parking, with five new units opened in different parts of the city in the last year. New units; It serves at Bostanlı Ferry Terminal, F.Altay Transfer Center, Bornova Metro Transfer Station, Hilal Transfer Center and Üçyol Metro Station. Local service units in the surrounding districts, affiliated with Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, continue to receive personalized Izmirim Card applications from citizens.
What is required for application?
In the units; Students, Teachers, 60 Years Old, Over 65, Disabled, Veterans and Martyr's Relatives İzmirim Cards are given. Identity and a biometric photo are enough for application. Those who want to get a Disabled Izmirim Card must submit an approved copy of the health board report showing that they are 40 percent or more disabled. Citizens over 65, disabled, veterans and relatives of martyrs can get their Izmirim Cards free of charge.
HES Code must be defined
In accordance with the circular issued by the Ministry of Interior within the scope of efforts to combat the pandemic, public transportation vehicles can only be boarded with Izmirim Cards whose HES Code is defined. Citizens who receive a new card can enter their HES codes on their Izmirim Cards by logging into the website of hes.eshot.gov.tr. Employees serving in Izmirim Card units can also define the HES Code in case of demand.
