Minister Karaismailoğlu, who stated that 6.986 meters of Excavation-Support and 4.498 meters of Final Lining Concrete have been produced in the Kop Tunnel, which is under construction within the scope of Trabzon-Aşkale Road (Kop Mountain Tunnel Crossing) and Tunnel Variant Road Work, 6,5 kilometers long and double tube. announced that the route will shorten by 6,5 kilometers with the construction of the Kop Tunnel. He added that the project will be a solution to the transportation problem in the region by providing uninterrupted transportation up to the Gürbulak border gate in transit transportation connecting the Eastern Black Sea to Eastern Anatolia, and by providing relief in the port trade.
