GENERAL AND SPECIAL TERMS OF APPLICATION
The general and special conditions that must be followed in the applications to be made for the vacant civil servants and police officer cadres of our municipality mentioned above are as follows.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
Candidates who will apply to be appointed to the announced civil servant and police officer positions must meet the following general conditions stated in the clause (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
a) Being a Turkish citizen,
b) Not to be deprived of public rights,
c) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; Crimes against the security of the state, even if a prison sentence or pardon for a year or more for a crime committed intentionally, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, fraud, abuse of trust, fraudulent not to be convicted of the crimes of bankruptcy, rigging the tender, rigging the execution of the act, laundering the assets arising from the crime or smuggling,
d) In terms of military status for male candidates; have nothing to do with military service or have not reached the age of military service, or if he / she has reached the age of military service, he has served the active military service or has been postponed or transferred to the reserve class,
e) Not having mental illness or physical disability that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously,
f) To meet the other application requirements sought for the announced positions,
g) Petition regarding which staff the candidate applied for (Each candidate will make an application only to one post which is announced according to his / her education level.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION
a) For the announced titles, to meet the education requirement as of the school graduated from and to have received the minimum KPSS score from the types of points specified in the 2020 Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) for this education.
b) Not to be removed from the public institutions and organizations that he has worked for before, due to indiscipline or moral reasons.
c) For those who will apply to the police officer staff; In addition to the conditions specified in the clause (A) of the 657th article of the Law numbered 48, in order to apply to the police officer cadres according to the special conditions stated in the 13 / A of the Municipality Police Regulation; To be at least 1,67 meters for males and at least 1,60 meters for females on the condition that they are weighed and measured on an empty stomach and barefoot. d) For the Police Officer staff; Not being over the age of 30 on the date of the exam.
APPLICATION PLACE, DATE, METHOD AND DURATION
Candidates, in order to take the oral and practical exam;
a) Candidates will be able to apply to the application point to be established in Santral Garaj Mahallesi Ulubatlı Hasan Bulvarı No: 07 Osmangazi / BURSA building, with the required documents during the application, from 06/2021/14 until 06/2021/10 (between working hours).

d) Applications to the police officer staff will be made in person and the candidates will complete the application process by applying to the Osmangazi Municipality Human Resources and Education Directorate with the required documents to measure height and weight on the above dates.
e) Applications made with incomplete information and documents or if their qualifications are not appropriate will not be evaluated.
f) Delays in the post and applications not made within the period specified in the announcement will not be taken into consideration.
