TCDD Tasimacilik AS will increase the number of YHT flights between Ankara and Istanbul, where passenger demand is intense, to 22 as of March 10. Regional train services, which were interrupted due to the corona epidemic, between cities in the near - medium distance, start to serve as of March 20.
The number of YHT flights between Ankara-Istanbul-Ankara, which is 8 per day, has been increased to 22.03.2021 as of 10. High-speed trains departing from Ankara at 12.00 and from Söğütlüçeşme at 12.20 will receive passengers from Eryaman, Polatlı, Eskişehir, Bozüyük, Bilecik, Arifiye, İzmit, Gebze, Pendik and Bostancı stations.
All kinds of measures were taken to ensure that passengers travel safely and healthily on regional trains operated by TCDD General Directorate of Transport. Passengers traveling on regional trains must present their HES code.
The trains are disinfected before the departure and offered to the service of our people. As in all lines, in regional trains, passengers maintaining social distance and paying attention to hand hygiene prevent the spread of the virus.
