Hatay Metropolitan Municipality continues its efforts to expand and improve the transportation network in the city.
HBB President Assoc. Dr. Lütfü Savaş hosted experts from Istanbul to discuss the use of the rail system in Hatay.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Metro Istanbul AŞ. War, which hosted its General Manager Özgür Soy and the accompanying delegation, was accompanied by HBB Deputy Secretary General Bülent Ok and HBB Transportation Department Head Nuri Baycan.
Bülent Ok made a presentation to the team from Istanbul on the geographical and physical location of the city, its demographic structure and the advantages that the rail system can bring.
Ok then showed his guests around the field and allowed them to experience practically the layout and boundaries of the area where the rail system was planned to be built.
Metro İstanbul AŞ. The team shared their investigations in the city with HBB President Savaş. Soy and his team stated that they are ready to share their experiences for Hatay's transition to the rail system.
