TR Ministry of Health Communication Center (SABİM) won the gold medal in the Contact Center World Awards World Finals in the "Best Public Services" category.
SABİM once again successfully represented our country on the international platform.
SABİM won the gold medal in the "Best Public Services" category at the Contact Center World Awards 2020 EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Finals, in which more than two thousand call centers from more than 70 countries participated in October 2020 and qualified for the world finals. According to the results of the Contact Center World Finals announced in February 2021, it won the gold medal in the "Best Public Services" category.
Voting within the Contact Center World Awards 2020 EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Finals and Contact Center World World Finals is meticulously examined by a jury consisting of industry professionals selected from all countries. In order to protect the principle of neutrality, all participating countries are evaluated by jury members who are not from their own countries.
