The feature of 'creating a route for electric cars', which was activated for Apple Maps last year, finally came to Google Maps. Thus, users can create routes and see suitable charging stations and get additional information.
Google added another feature showing railroad crossings to the map application in order to prevent accidents during train crossings. In this way, it is aimed to prevent accidents that occur during train crossings.
Railroad crossings are shown depending on the route you selected. It is also emphasized that there may be delays from these points. In other words, a warning is given in advance about waiting due to the train pass.
The feature, which has been activated for some users for now, is expected to be opened to everyone soon.
