The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has implemented an awareness-raising application for drivers. HGS and OGS debt information will be notified via SMS and mail in e-Government
The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure announced that the HGS and OGS Debt and Information Service in e-Government has started. The citizen will be able to see the violated transitions by entering the "My Vehicles" section in the e-Government. The Ministry stated that the e-Government information should be up-to-date in order for the citizen to be informed by e-mail and SMS to benefit from all these services.
Stating that citizens with violations had previously experienced problems with penalties, the Ministry announced that citizens who are not aware of their penalties before this service can enter the "My Vehicles" section and receive HGS and OGS Debt and Information service with the new application implemented in e-Government. The Ministry also stated that with this practice, administrative fines to be imposed by bearing unpaid toll fees at the end of the 15-day legal process will be prevented.
Citizens' E-Government information must be up to date

Corrupted labels will be checked at TÜVTÜRK vehicle inspection stations
Noting that the HGS pass labels on the vehicles can be broken due to various factors and the citizens often make violated passes without realizing this, the Ministry stated that these labels will be checked at TÜVTÜRK vehicle inspection stations and citizens will be informed at this point.
