Railway hydraulic engineering structures and river bed arrangements on the accident route are not suitable for today's engineering service, including post-accident regulations.
The findings obtained as a result of the investigations made show that the railway infrastructure is suitable and there is no effect on the infrastructure in the occurrence of the accident. In its interim decision, the court stated that other defendants did not have the legal authority to add to the case file. What had happened
8 people lost their lives and 2018 people were injured as a result of the toppling of some of their wagons near Çorlu on 25 July 340 of the passenger train, which made the Uzunköprü-Istanbul flight.
