Within the scope of the Rize İyidere Logistics Port Construction Project, the decision on the urgent expropriation of some immovables hitting the connection road with the quarry needed to supply the raw material to be used in sea filling was published in the Official Gazette by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments).
In the decision published in the Official Gazette signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the following statements were made: “Within the scope of the Rize Iyidere Logistics Port Construction Project, the quarry that is needed to supply the raw material to be used in the sea fill and hits the connection road with the place and island / parcel numbers in the attached plan The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments) decided to expropriate immovables and their property in accordance with Article 2942 of the Expropriation Law No. 27.
