HİSAR-O + Missile Hit Its Target from the Longest Range and the Highest Altitude

President of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Prof. Dr. Ismail Demir Hisar-O + Medium Altitude Air Defense System, the most distant range made so far in Turkey today and the highest altitude in the test reported that the target of destruction by a direct hit successfully passed.

President Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir gave information about the latest tests of the HİSAR-O + Medium Altitude Air Defense System in his post on his social media accounts.

Drawing attention to the scope of the test, President Demir said in his statement:

“After the delivery of the HİSAR-A + System, our HİSAR-O + Medium Altitude Air Defense System successfully passed the farthest range and highest altitude test conducted in our country so far, by directly hitting and destroying the air target. We would like to express our gratitude to all stakeholders, especially the project partners ASELSAN and ROKETSAN, who contributed. "

Will protect stationary troops and critical facilities

HİSARI developed by Turkey's national facilities on-One + System, it will be used to eliminate the need for Turkey's medium-altitude air defense. The system, which was developed under the coordination of the Defense Industry Presidency with the work of ASELSAN, ROKETSAN and other stakeholders, will provide air defense especially for fixed units and critical facilities.

The system aims to eliminate the threats posed by fixed and rotary-wing aircraft, cruise missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles and air-to-ground missiles in all weather conditions.

The HİSAR-O + System can perform target detection, classification, identification, tracking, command control and fire control functions. The system also allows for the addition of new needs and features in the future with the most advanced technology.
