The construction of the Black Sea Coastal Road, starting from Samsun, eased the road transportation of Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon, Rize and Artvin provinces and brought vitality to the region in terms of both trade and tourism. So, even if the Ankara-Çorum-Samsun YHT line, whose studies and projects are continuing, is completed for a long time, the Samsun-Ordu-Giresun-Trabzon line will be disabled.

However, in order for the Black Sea Region to have complete railway transportation, the Black Sea provinces up to Trabzon should not be excluded and the YHT project that will monitor the Black Sea coast should not be left to the background. At this point, it seems obligatory for Çorum, Samsun, Ordu and Giresun and other provinces in the Inner Black Sea region to join forces and initiate joint lobbying. Because, as we mentioned at the beginning, this project is an important project that will determine the fate of the Black Sea Region in the second half of the 21st century and in the following centuries.
