Railway hydraulic engineering structures and river bed arrangements on the accident route are not suitable for today's engineering service, including post-accident regulations.
The findings obtained as a result of the investigations made show that the railway infrastructure is suitable and there is no effect on the infrastructure in the occurrence of the accident. In its interim decision, the court stated that other defendants did not have the legal authority to add to the case file. What had happened
