With the "Sailing and Canoeing Water Sports Center" planned to be built in the coastal embankment area in Ortahisar district of Trabzon, it is aimed for the young people of the Black Sea to achieve a new sport branch.
The center, which is planned to be built by the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, in the district's Beşirli neighborhood, will consist of 1800 floors.
The center, which is planned to have beach games, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, club room, men and women dressing rooms, seminar hall, kitchen, canoe-sail storage, cafeteria and seminar room, is expected to cost approximately 5 million liras.
Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu said that Trabzon is a city of sports.
