Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu and the Minister of Public Works and Transport of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ünal Üstel signed the Implementation Protocol of the Highway Master Plan 2021-2022. The protocol signing ceremony, Vice-President of the Republic of Turkey Prime Minister of the TRNC Fuat Oktay Ersan Saner also attended.

Minister Karaismailoğlu, who stated that they have taken an important step for the infrastructure of the growing TRNC, which is developing in the TRNC with the protocol, said, “We have taken an important step. First of all, we will finish the Nicosia Ring Road, which has been going on for many years and has various problems, in the coming days and put it into the service of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In the continuation of this, we will make great breakthroughs in our additional roads as soon as possible, as required by our protocol ”.
