With the pre-order support campaign launched for the tradesmen in the food and beverage sector such as restaurants, restaurants, cafes and patisseries, Izmir residents will be brought together on bizizmir.com. Those who want to support the tradesmen by making prepayments will be able to receive services from the tradesmen as much as the price they paid before when normalization starts. İzmir Metropolitan Municipality announced the campaign by reaching approximately 10 thousand tradesmen registered with İzmir Chamber of Commerce and İzmir Union of Tradesmen and Craftsmen.

This support will be deposited directly into the trades' account. When normalization starts, those who support will be able to receive service from the tradesmen in return for the prepayment they have made when they arrive with a bank receipt.
The enterprises that call for support will be updated regularly and published on the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality's bizizmir.com website. Those who want to support will be able to access the list by clicking the "Izmir-Tradesmen Solidarity" tab and send the amount they want to the bank accounts of the tradesmen as a prepayment.
A thousand lira support for coffee shops from the Metropolitan
The Metropolitan Municipality has also decided to support the tradesmen of the coffeehouse, internet cafe and game room in cash. Metropolitan, which started to investigate in cooperation with the Izmir Coffee Shop and Tradesmen Chamber, will start cash payments when the determination of 2 thousand 726 trades is completed.
"Tradesmen Support Package" application continues
The food and hygiene package support campaign launched by Büyükşehir for tradesmen continues. Until today, food and hygiene packages have been distributed to approximately 10 thousand tradesmen. Tradesmen from Izmir can go to the "Tradesmen Support Package" section on "Bizizmir.com" and request a food and hygiene package.
Rent delay and water discount were also made.
During the pandemic, the Metropolitan also postponed the rent of the tenant tradesmen for three months. Between January 1 and March 31, 2021, a 50 percent reduction was applied to the water bills of non-residential commercial enterprises. In addition, the collection of solid waste disposal fees was stopped.
In the Metropolitan earthquake, the shopkeepers who were badly damaged in their workplaces, provided rent support of 10 thousand TL from the One Rent One Home campaign, and 5 thousand TL from the municipal budget to the tradesmen who suffered moderate damage.
