Ardahan Governor Hüseyin Öner made examinations at Baku Tbilisi Kars Railway Tunnel, Yukarıcambaz Train Station Area and Aktaş Border Gate in Çıldır district.
Ardahan 25th Border Brigade Commander Brigadier General Berat Acar, Provincial Police Chief Ünsal Hayal, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Colonel Ali Naci Aldemir, Çıldır Mayor Kemal Yakup Azizoğlu and other officials along with Governor Öner, Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK ) in the border tunnel on the railway and in the area of Yukarıcanbaz train station.
Governor Öner received information about the work carried out by the Provincial Gendarmerie Command in the border tunnel on the railroad and in the vicinity of the security measures and intervention in public order.
Later on, Governor Öner, who continued to examine the station area near the village of Yukarıcambaz on the railway line and the area where the customs clearance center will be built with the accompanying them, also visited the freight transport train of the state railways, and received information about the transportation works carried out by the train drivers and their officers.
After his examinations, Governor Öner, who went to the Aktaş Border Gate, received information from the authorities about border activities, truck crossings and general security and public order issues.
