The establishment of the National Rural Development Administration of China was announced in the magazine Qiushi, the publication of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

In the fourth issue of Qiushi magazine, an article entitled "The great miracle of humanity in the history of poverty" was published, signed by the CCP Committee of the Chinese National Rural Development Administration. The development symbolizes the establishment of China's National Rural Development Administration.

On the other hand, no official statement has yet been made regarding the appointment of the administration. It is also rare for China to introduce newly established public bodies by publishing articles. In his assessment, expert Li Guoxiang from the Rural Development Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences emphasized that rural development is a work with higher standards compared to the fight against poverty, and includes various circles such as industry, culture, ecology and staff structure.
