IMM President Ekrem İmamoğluwill share its goal of solving Istanbul's transportation problem with a holistic and integrated approach at the "Pioneering and Innovative Rail Systems Meeting". At the event, which will take place at the Haliç Congress Center, the current state of the rail systems will be explained and the vision for the future to meet the urban transportation in a more comfortable, safe, cheap and organized way will be announced.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) will reconsider rail systems, the main body of city transportation, with the aim of creating a city with a high quality of life. IMM President Ekrem İmamoğluwill announce the new understanding and solutions brought by Istanbul to the transportation problem at the Pioneering and Innovative Rail Systems Meeting. At the meeting to be held at the Haliç Congress Center on February 7, the current status of the rail systems and the planned projects will be shared.
For the past 18 months, two rail service to the area, on the IMM began the reconstruction project, has Turkey's largest urban rail operator in the system. IMM aims to provide effective and on-site solutions to the increasing transportation demand of the rail systems network, which it aims to develop further with ongoing and new projects.
