TCDD Transport Deputy General Manager Assoc. Dr. Şinasi Kazancıoğlu stated that they always shared the pain of the Azerbaijani people due to the Khojaly Massacre and that they were with them, and wished Allah's mercy on our Azerbaijani kinsmen who were killed in the genocide.

The Khojaly Genocide, which took place in the Karabakh region on February 26, 1992, is commemorated this year with the online exhibition "A Road Story from Ankara to Kars".

The event titled “A Road Story from Ankara to Kars: Commemoration and Exhibition for Hodjali” was held online by Gazi University Faculty of Education, Department of Painting Education and Turkish Art Society.

Gazi University Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız, Azerbaijan Ankara Ambassador Hazar İbrahim, TCDD Transport Deputy General Manager Assoc. Dr. Representatives of many institutions and organizations, including Şinasi Kazancıoğlu, attended.

The event started with a moment of silence and reading the National Anthem and the National Anthem of Azerbaijan.

He emphasized that it is very important not to be forgotten.
