Stating that traditional psychology does not provide information about what to do to make life meaningful, Assoc. Dr. Tayfun Doğan stated that the positive psychology approach was born from a need and said:

“Interest in positive psychology is quite high in our country. People no longer want to listen to the disease. People want to hear good things, think about how I can make my life better. According to the World Health Organization, illness is defined as a state of complete well-being not only physically but also mentally and socially. Mental health is defined as being aware of one's own abilities, being able to overcome stress, being productive in business life and being useful for their own abilities. Dr. Tayfun Doğan said, “People with a nurturing relationship style are open, sincere, respectful and loving. People with a toxic relationship style are arrogant, condescending, critical and insulting.
