The expected tender was held in August 2020 by the Ministry of Transport, General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments. Kalyon Construction won the tender for the 201-kilometer Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High Standard Railway Line Construction and the Supply of Electromechanical Systems.
Kalyon Construction, which won the tender with its bid of 9 billion 449 million TL in the high-speed train project, which follows every step with interest, started to establish its construction site in Yenişehir-Ebeköy last month.
The construction site, which will be established on an area of approximately 45 thousand square meters, will include 6500 square meters of closed sections. In these sections, there will be dormitories, kitchens, a workshop where vehicle maintenance and repairs will be made, a warehouse, study offices and a laboratory.
The first visitors to the construction site met with the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu at the AK Party Group meeting last week, and AK Party Bursa deputies Dr. Mustafa Esgin and Refik Özen.
