CHP Niğde Deputy Ömer Fethi Gürer brought the grievance caused by TCDD's failure to recruit personnel from the Rail System Department, where 2 thousand people graduated every year, with a motion of questions.

Answering the motion of Gürer, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu stated that personnel will be recruited for those who graduated from Rail System Departments if needed.

Republican People's Party (CHP) Niğde Deputy Ömer Fethi Gürer said in a written question, "Will TCDD make purchases in 2000 for the graduates of the university departments that give approximately 5 graduates every year and are divided into 2021 branches as" Rail Systems Technologies "?" asked a question in the form.

Responding to the motion of CHP Deputy Ömer Fethi Gürer, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismaioğlu stated that in 2021, when the number of personnel who can be assigned to TCDD openly and / or transported is determined, planning will be made in line with the need, and personnel will be recruited within the scope of the open appointment authority to be given by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. .

Minister Karaismailoğlu said, "If there is a need for personnel graduated from the Rail Systems department, the recruitment announcement will be published in İŞKUR for employee status and in the KPSS Preference Guide of ÖSYM for contract civil servant status."

On the other hand, CHP Deputy Ömer Fethi Gürer, who made the proposal, stated that the Rail Systems department had graduates in 5 branches in various universities throughout the country and said, “Although TCDD is the only institution to apply to in our country, no purchases are made. The date and number of purchases that are stated to be made this year should be announced as soon as possible ”.

Noting that 2 thousand people graduate from the Rail Systems Department each year and the graduates of this department are increasing exponentially due to not being appointed, Gürer said, “TCDD should give priority to the Rail System Department graduates when recruiting personnel”. Expressing that trained personnel will add strength to the structure of the institution, Gürer said that TCDD, which is an important institution with its corporate identity, has changed its identity with structural changes, but its activity continues and the importance of railways is increasing day by day. In order to strengthen the institution, more staff should be opened to rail system graduates ”.
