Work continues on the historical pier, which was previously located in the same area with a touristic facility in Altınordu district of Ordu.
The first stage tender was held for the demolition of the pier, which is in danger of collapsing due to the corrosion of the concrete feet on the coast in Altınordu district. Within the scope of the tender, the pier legs were destroyed.
Considering the increase in the depth of the sea and the wave effect of the pier to be built, the ground study was made and the project was prepared. At the same time, the design of the restaurant building to be located on the pier has been completed. After the technical and bureaucratic details are completed, the district of Altınordu will regain its historical structure at the beginning of the century with the construction of the pier, whose second stage tender will take place in March.
