The decision to receive project-based state aid for ASELSAN Konya Silah Sistemleri A.Ş.
According to the information in the Official Gazette dated February 6, 2021, the President's Decree dated February 5, 2021 on granting project-based state aid to the weapon and weapon systems production facility investment planned to be established in Konya by ASELSAN Konya Silah Sistemleri Anonim Şirketi entered into force.
With the said decision, ASELSAN Konya Silah Sistemleri A.Ş. It is aimed to support the production facility investment to be established in Konya province within the framework of the principles and procedures specified in the Decision on Project Based State Aid to Investments.
It is stated that the investment, which is stated to be 3 years from the start date, started in November 2019. According to the information provided, it is stated that if the investment cannot be realized within the stipulated period, the Ministry of Industry and Technology may give an additional half of this period.
It is stated that, in the event that the projected total fixed investment amount is 830.692.017 TL, is completed, 168 additional employment will be provided and 30 qualified personnel will be employed.
Products planned to be produced at the end of the investment period and production capacities:

The investment project supported within the scope of the decision will benefit from the following supports:
- Customs tax exemption
- VAT exemption
- VAT refund
- Tax reduction (tax reduction rate: 100%, investment contribution rate 75%, the rate of investment that can be used during the investment period is 100%)
- Insurance premium employer's share support (10 years without maximum amount limit)
- Income tax withholding support (10 years)
- Qualified personnel support (maximum 25.000.000 TL)
