The works on the Congress Center Tram Station built by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and the pedestrian overpass that will provide access to the Kocaeli International Congress Center are about to be completed. Wooden floors are installed on the overpass, which will facilitate the passage of the citizens coming off the tram to Kocaeli International Congress Center.
EASY ACCESS FROM TRAMWAY STATION TO CONGRESS CENTER
Metropolitan Municipality continues its services that will make the lives of citizens easier in Kocaeli. Metropolitan Municipality, which brings comfort to urban transportation with its road projects, makes it safe for citizens to cross the street with modern overpasses. The overpass on the tram route and implemented at the Congress Center point is one of them.
WILL BE COMPLETED WITH ENVIRONMENTAL ARRANGEMENT
The Congress Center Overpass, where balustrades are attached, will be put into service within a few weeks after the landscaping works are completed. There are 65 elevators in the Congress Center Overpass for the use of disabled citizens over the age of 2. With the completion of the 63,40 meters long 3,35 meters wide overpass, the citizens getting off the tram will be able to reach Kocaeli International Congress Center safely.
