The disease, which is called as ingrown hair among the people, appears in the form of swelling, pain, one or several holes in the coccyx and discharge from these holes. Sometimes there may be abscesses and signs of infection such as very severe pain, redness and fever. It happens mostly in men. It is more common in people sitting, drivers, obese people, and people with this disease in their family. Men who are particularly hairy, who have to sit for a long time are at risk. a common disease in Turkey.
