The claims are untrue.
The personnel subject to the report are the payroll employees of the Subcontractor Company. In the partnership of Gülermak Ağır Sanayi İnşaat ve Taahhüt A.Ş. Within the scope of Sabiha Gökçen Airport Rail System Connection Construction and Electro-Mechanical Systems Supply, Installation and Commissioning Works; it does not have any debt to its own personnel or to the said subcontractor.
Gülermak A.Ş., which protects the Labor Rights, which it deems sacred, to the end, in the works it undertakes, although it fulfills its obligations arising from Labor Law and contracts in full, negotiates with the parties for the solution of the issue that does not arise from it and produces solutions so that the workers do not experience any victimization. In his statement on the media, he stated that the problem was caused by the subcontractor company and expressed his thanks to Gülermak A.Ş.
