HOW MUCH IS THE PENALTY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROHIBITIONS?

Those who violate the prohibitions announced by the Ministry will be fined 1593 thousand 282 TL in accordance with Article 3 of the General Hygiene Law No. 150.

Those who violate the curfew circular for the second time will be sentenced to two months to one year imprisonment in accordance with the article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code titled "Acting Against the Measures Regarding Infectious Diseases." (SPOKESMAN)
