Turkey Rail Vehicle Industry Co. (TÜRASAŞ), "Gaziray Commuter Rail and Light Rail Transit Project" for 8 electric train sets (32 cars) design, supply and installation contract has been postponed.
According to the information obtained from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the design, supply and assembly contract of 8 electric train sets (32 vehicles), which is planned to be signed today between Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality and TÜRASAŞ, has been postponed.
When the signing ceremony of Gaziray Commuter Line and Light Rail Transportation Project Contract will be held will be announced later.
TÜRASAŞ will design, supply and install 8 electric train sets (32 vehicles) within the scope of the contract to be signed. The first 2 sets of the project will be delivered to Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality within 24 months, and all sets at the end of the 28th month.
