Tekfen to Build 218 Million Euro Azerbaijan Central Bank Building

Tekfen signed a 218 million euro contract for the construction of the Azerbaijan Central Bank's administrative building. In the statement made by Tekfen Holding to KAP, it was stated that the project management building includes engineering, equipment and material supply, turnkey construction works.

Tekfen Construction, which has been operating in Azerbaijan for 26 years, has undertaken the design and construction of the new 168-meter-high building of the Azerbaijan Central Bank on turnkey basis.

Continuing its operations in Azerbaijan since 1995, Tekfen Construction signed the turnkey construction contract for the new building of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan in its 26th year in the country. The Central Bank building, which is planned to be completed in 36 months under the contract, will be built on a total area of ​​67.981 square meters, as 37 floors, and reach a height of 168 meters.

The new building of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, which will be built on Heydar Aliyev Boulevard, one of the important centers of Baku, was once again completed by Tekfen Construction and is one of the prestigious international construction awards. and Baku Olympic Stadium, which received “Merit” awards, will be located close to the SOCAR Tower and Azerbaijan Tax Ministry Building.

Commenting on the issue, Tekfen Construction General Manager Mustafa Kopuz said: “In the 26th year of our existence in Azerbaijan; We are pleased to undertake another superstructure project in addition to the SOCAR Tower, Baku Olympic Stadium and the Azerbaijan Tax Ministry Building.
