The written statement by RESTDER President M. Interviews were made with 17 candidates who were entitled to the final list on February 2020, 240, starting from the top of the list. On March 4, 2020, it was announced that 80 people, 40 of whom were original and 120 were substitutes, were entitled to attend the course. Starting from the first place after the announcement, the candidates' health reports and requested documents were delivered to the institution by the candidates. According to the planned schedule, candidates will be informed that the Psychotechnical exam will take place between 23-27 March 2020 starting from the first place. Again, according to the planned schedule, who succeeded in the Psychotechnical exam; the first 40 people on 30 March 2020 and the second 40 people on 1 June 2020 TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. As a result of the interview, they learned orally that the opening of the planned course was canceled. As long as they lived on this incident, they held talks with the members of parliament and the minister in the hope of finding a solution. The candidates, who had a meeting with our Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Mr. Adil Karaismailoğlu, on 8 August 2020, conveyed their process to our minister. After the meeting, they informed the candidates verbally that the course can be reopened on the condition that the absolute majority exceeds 25 points in the Public Personnel Selection Exam for Associate Degree Graduates on October 2020, 70. With the announcement of the exam results, 53 candidates received 70 or more points from the exam. The list of candidates with a score of 70 and above has been sent to the Directorate of Personnel and Administrative Affairs.

On December 1, 2020, the information that the course was canceled was verbally communicated to the candidates by the personnel of the Directorate of Personnel and Administrative Affairs. Upon this, the candidates contacted our esteemed minister who visited Eskişehir on 10 December 2020 and said that they could not reach a solution by conveying the developments regarding their life. For this meeting, our minister, TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. Mr. Kamuran YAZICI, General Manager, brought it together. In the course of the negotiations scheduled to open the event to be canceled by Turkey Business Council TCDD Transport Inc. Candidates were informed that it was not related. This followed a meeting of the cancellation of Turkey Business Association last communication with candidates Eskişehir Provincial Director of TCDD Transport Inc.
