An auxiliary resource set consisting of 1000 questions was printed and distributed to the schools within the scope of the “2 Schools in Vocational Education Project” initiated in order to reduce the differences between schools and strengthen vocational education. Deputy Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer announced that the auxiliary resource set prepared from courses for all grade levels was distributed free of charge to 680 thousand 489 students.

Concrete steps continue to be taken in the 1000 Schools in Vocational Education Project. Within the scope of numerous support from strengthening the infrastructure of selected schools to enriching the educational environments, 2020 million TL was invested in selected schools in 164.

One of the aims of the project was to provide auxiliary resource support for students studying in these schools. An auxiliary resource set consisting of 9 questions prepared at the 10th, 11th, 12th and 2th grade levels by the General Directorate of MEB Measurement, Assessment and Examination Services was published and distributed to students free of charge. Auxiliary resources cover all units from the fields of Turkish language and literature, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography, religious culture and ethics and philosophy.

The project aims to reduce the success gaps between schools

Deputy Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer stated in his statement on the subject that they implemented the 1000 Schools in Vocational Education Project in order to increase the quality of vocational and technical education on the one hand, and to reduce the success differences between schools on the other.

The project; Underlining that it includes school administrators, teachers, students, parents and the school environment and is very comprehensive, Özer said: “We take very comprehensive steps regarding each component of the project. We determined the duration of the project as 12 months. The work on the project continues as planned. In 2020, we provided approximately 164 million lira of support to our schools under this project. One of the goals of the project was to provide auxiliary resource support to our students studying at a thousand selected schools. For this purpose, our General Directorate of Assessment, Assessment and Examination Services devotedly prepared a set of auxiliary resources from specific courses for all grade levels of these schools. Auxiliary resource sets were printed and 81 thousand 9 who were in 179th grade in a thousand schools in 950 provinces; 10 thousand 123 students in the 789th grade; It was delivered to 11 thousand 82 students in the 46th grade and 12 thousand 103 students in the 527th grade free of charge. The sets prepared were printed and distributed free of charge to a total of 489 thousand 312 students studying at these schools. "
