TUSAŞ General Manager Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil made important statements about the National Combat Aircraft project.

TUSAŞ General Manager Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil made important statements for the platforms in the project phase in his interview at the ÖDTÜBİRDER Hasbihal event moderated by Tuba Özberk on 17 January 2021. Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil talked about the National Combat Aircraft, Gökbey General Purpose helicopter projects and the targets of TAI at the event.

Increasing Turnover and Human Resources

Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil recalled the turnover of TAI in 2016, when he took office, and drew attention to the growth in 5 years. Otherwise, Turkey is a big investment, such as the planned $ 8.2 billion to be spent until the first flight, people will lose time and will not happen again the possibility of having a modern and national warplanes next 50 years.

Republic of Turkey project also leaves the door open to friendly and allied countries to take place as well. In this context, it is known that Malaysia and Pakistan follow the MMU project very closely and it is reflected in the press.
