Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that, in 2020, the total investment budgets of the municipalities in the center and all districts were 2 billion 525 million TL, KASKİ 415 million TL, KCETAŞ 377 million TL and KAYSERİGAZ 100 million TL, and that the total investment budget was 3 billion 417 million TL, without taking refuge in the pandemic, He emphasized that they are trying to be worthy of Kayseri with its beautiful shape. Büyükkılıç, who said by KAYSERİGAZ that natural gas will come to Felahiye, Özvatan, Sarıoğlan and Akkışla in 2023, stated that they insist on the necessary work to bring natural gas to Sarız and Pınarbaşı.

Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç stated that the services and projects will continue in 2021, and shared some of the giant projects with the public as follows: “The tender for the Talas Mevlana tram line has been realized and the construction works will start in 2021. 6 tram vehicles will be purchased within the scope of Talas Rail System Line. 5 will be bought by AYGM, and a total of 11 tram vehicles will be brought to our city. Traffic signaling center and smart intersections where direct intervention to the traffic signaling system can be provided and smart traffic management will be implemented in 2021 in order to reduce the traffic congestion in the morning and evening hours when the vehicle traffic reaches the highest level. We will start the construction of 6 turf areas and technical units in addition to the new mechanical facilities in Erciyes and the two fields that are put into service at the High Altitude Center. Fossils dating back 7.5 million years, which were excavated in Taşhan and Barsama regions, will be exhibited in the Paleontology and Fossil Museum to be built by our Municipality. Tablet Museum will be built for Kültepe-Kaniş-Karum Ruins. For Mimar Sinan, one of the most important values of our city, the Museum and Architecture Center project will start in 2021. In Kayseri District, the construction of the 'Press Museum' to be established in partnership with the Journalists Association will be realized. A museum will be built in Çerkez Mustafa Bey Mansion, whose restoration has been completed, for Koramaz Valley, which is included in UNESCO's "Temporary World Heritage List" with its historical, natural and cultural richness. We will make Kayseri a city of museums by Allah's leave. While patients coming to Kayseri from outside of the province are being treated in hospitals, the construction of Patient Relative Guest House opposite the City Hospital will take place in 2021 in order to eliminate the grievances of their relatives. Culinary Arts Center project has been prepared in order to develop Kayseri Culinary culture and to be included in the list of UNESCO Gastronomy Creative Cities Network, and the construction work is planned to begin in 2021.
