TransportationPark, one of the affiliates of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, brought a new service to the citizens who did not define their HES codes to their Kocaeli Cards due to the HES code application that started on December 1. Employees positioned by the TransportationPark will assist citizens in defining their HES codes to their Kocaeli cards.
SERVICE AT 6 STATIONS
Employees who will provide services at 6 tram stations in total will provide convenience to citizens. Citizens who have difficulties in defining their HEPP codes and therefore cannot make a transition will provide convenience in the service by defining their HES codes to their Kocaeli Cards. Service provided stations; Yenişehir, Otogar, Yahya Kaptan, Fevziye, Yeni Cuma and Doğu Kışla were determined as stations.
UNTIL FRIDAY
Employees who are assigned will both receive their HES codes and undertake the task of activating their Kocaeli Cards. The employees who are ready at the stops at 09.00 in the morning will provide service until 18.00 in the evening. It was stated that the study, which is planned to be implemented until Friday, can be extended further in case of need.
