In addition, the payments will be able to pay the current amount in single installments for a maximum of 24 months from the first month following the signature date of the final contract or during the deed transfer.
On the other hand, at the request of the immovable property owners within the project area, if the administration approves, the risky building can be determined within the scope of the law numbered 6306. Building owners who are found to be at risk will also be able to benefit from rental assistance under the law.
