Van Metropolitan Municipality has re-determined the timetables of the public transportation vehicles that will work in the curfew to be applied again within the scope of coronavirus measures at the weekend. The Metropolitan Municipality left trips in the morning and evening hours for those who have to work at the weekend.
Within the framework of the measures taken to prevent the coronavirus epidemic, planning for public transportation vehicles was made by the Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Department, as a curfew will be imposed in Van at the weekend.
With the planning, all Public Transport Vehicles that are still serving on their existing routes, at the following times without route restriction, only; will make an expedition to serve our citizens who are out of the scope of the curfew and decided by the Provincial Hygiene Board; Except for the specified hours, there will be no trips due to the "Curfew".
Metropolitan Municipality Self-owned Vehicles (Municipal Type Purple Buses) and Special Public Transport Vehicles (Special Public Transport Vehicles with M, V, H plates) on all routes currently serving on their existing routes:
- Morning: Between 07:00 and 09:00.
- Evening: Between 15:00 and 18:00.
In order to provide health services without delay; In addition to the existing public transportation services, only by Metropolitan Municipality Self-owned Vehicles (Municipality Type Purple Buses);
Public Education Station (Opposite Ömer Mosque-İskele Street) and Regional Training and Research Hospital

- Additional flights will be arranged between 15:00 and 20:00 in the evening.
Commercial Taxis (T plate vehicles)
To cover all commercial taxis currently serving at existing taxi stands (T plate commercial vehicles registered at taxi stands, provided that they are divided equally between Saturdays and Sundays):
- Morning: Between 07:00 and 09:00.
- In the evening: between 17:00 and 20:00, it will serve within the existing requests.
T plate Commercial Taxis; Except for the hours when Public Transport Vehicles will serve with permission; but; They will serve our citizens who are outside the scope of the curfew and decided by the Provincial Hygiene Board and can document their situation.
T plate Commercial Taxis; During the periods of non-service; they will be on standby at the Taxi Station to which they are bound, stationary and not moving.
During the curfew process; service hours within the specified periods; In Public Transport Vehicles, only; Citizens who are out of the scope of the curfew and decided by the Provincial Hygiene Board will be able to receive services.
During the curfew process; service hours, except for the specified periods, except for T plate Commercial Taxis; No Public Transport Vehicle will serve and will not be in motion on the highways.
