Possibility of Structuring For Those With ASKI Debt

General Directorate of Ankara Water and Sewerage Administration (ASKI) provides configuration opportunity to subscribers with debt until 31 December 2020. Subscribers will be able to configure their debts in cash or in installments by making an appointment with ASKI for unpaid water, waste water, leakage water, pollution prevention share, channel and network participation fees and interest and delay interest related to them before 31 August 2020.

Ankara Water and Sewerage Administration (ASKI) General Directorate, under Law No. 7256, structures unpaid water, wastewater, illegal water, pollution prevention share (PPP), contribution to sewerage and network expenditures as of 31 August 2020 and before.

ASKI will apply a 31 percent discount from the amount calculated at the rate of the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) in cash payments to subscribers who apply for configuration until December 2020, 90.

LAST 15 DAYS FOR DEBT CONFIGURATION

With the Law No. 7256 on Restructuring Certain Receivables and Amending Certain Laws, which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette, subscribers who have debt to ASKI will be able to benefit from the debt restructuring opportunity.

With the announcement made by ASKI, the opportunity to restructure the unpaid water, wastewater, illegal water, PPP, participation fee to the network and sewerage and the related interest, default interest and default interest debts, even though the due date is before 31 August 2020.

CASH AND INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTION

In this context, it was decided to update the D-PPI rate instead of receivables such as delay increases and interest due to debts, and to make an additional 90 percent discount from the amount calculated at the D-PPI rate for cash payments after the restructuring application.

If the installment payment option is preferred, the configured amount can be paid every 6 months in 9-12-18-2 equal installments.
