A protocol was signed between the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, TOKI, the Metropolitan Municipality, and the Governorship of Samsun on May 4, 2020. A tender was held within the framework of this protocol. The tender is finalized. As of today, we have started the application of our tradesmen. In Toybelen Small Industrial Site, there are 1526 shops to be used by our industrial tradesmen. Apart from this, a total of 82 workplaces, including 1608 commercial units, are being built within the scope of the project. In addition, as of today, it will be necessary to be a tradesman in Gülsan Industrial Estate for at least 3 years in the first application. After the first applications are completed on January 15, our Metropolitan Municipality will be evaluated by the relevant units. If it is determined that he / she has the right to the terms, he / she will be the definitive right. The Industrial Site will consist of workplaces of 100 and 200 square meters. There will be 100 pieces of 348 square meters, and 200 pieces of 1178 square meters. In addition, our commercial units are 25, 50, 100, 150 and 82 square meters. "Our shop owners will receive the necessary information from our Metropolitan Municipality regarding the square meter price list of the workplaces.

Stating that a lot will be drawn before a notary, especially when there are more applications than the number of workplaces offered for sale, President Mustafa Demir said, “If the number of workplaces for sale is less than the number of workplaces offered for sale, there will be determinations by lot. We will also make a decision with our Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Metropolitan Municipality. Down payments will be determined according to the shops. The remaining parts can be paid to TOKI in installments. A very good project has been prepared. Especially in the parking spot will be one of Turkey's most modern industrial site, "he said.
Stating that "We will have moved Gülsan to Toybelen at the end of 2022", President Demir said:

TURKEY'S FIRST INDUSTRY AND URBAN TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

In the Samsun Fair, we are starting the project work in 2021 with its new concept, starting from the Mert River and going across the municipality to the back of the Cultural Center. Good luck to our city and our shopkeepers. This project will be the first time in Turkey Industry urban renewal project. Toybelen will add significant momentum to Samsun. Our tradesmen will no longer worry about the future. If it is less than the number of workplaces offered for sale, it will be determined by lot. We will also make a decision with our Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Metropolitan Municipality. Down payments will be determined according to the shops. The remaining parts can be paid to TOKI in installments. Especially in the parking spot will be one of Turkey's most modern industrial sites. "
