Trabzon Metropolitan Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu visited the area where the new terminal building will be built. Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Ahmet Adanur, Ortahisar Deputy Mayor Selahattin Çebi, contractor company officials and related department heads attended Mayor Zorluoğlu's visit.

President Zorluoğlu, who received information from the contractor company officials about the new bus terminal area, said, “We want to start our construction in this area as soon as possible. First, this place will be exactly as it appears in the project. If not, I said to the contractor firm, 'We won't give the money'. Secondly, we must train our people in time in order not to wait any longer. The new bus station needs to be completed on the promised time and be as we share in the images. We introduced the inside of the bus terminal to our citizens by using technology. Therefore, our citizen has seen not only the outside but also the inside of the building to be built. Hopefully, when it is completed, we will provide a good service to our city. We are moving to put it into service at the beginning of 2022. I would also like to thank our Ortahisar Municipality, TİSKİ and Metropolitan Municipality staff here. They put their hands under the stone to make our project come to life as soon as possible. We must promptly clear the way for the contractor and ensure that he can get started as soon as possible. I hope this place will be completed ahead of time ”he said.
