Adil Karaismailoğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, made statements regarding the delivery of electric suburban vehicles to be used in Gaziray Suburban Line, which will facilitate urban transportation in Gaziantep.
Minister Karaismailoğlu stated that TÜRASAŞ will start the prototype production of the National Suburban Train Set in 2021, and that the design studies of the high-speed train project with a speed of 225 km / h will continue in 2021.

In this context, 4 sets of 8 vehicles and 32 electric suburban vehicles in total will be delivered to Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality by the end of 2023.
