Trabzon Governor İsmail Ustağolu, along with Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TTSO) President M. Suat Hacısalihoğlu, visited Çamburnu Shipyard area and received information about the shipbuilding sector.
Governor Ustaoğlu, who met with Rıfkı Başaran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Başaran Ship Industry, was informed about the work carried out during the visit, which was attended by Sürmene District Governor Ahmet Gazi Kaya and other relevant persons. Expressing that they export to Romania lastly, Başaran also explained the other activities carried out.
Stating that the shipbuilding industry is one of the important industrial branches of Trabzon, Governor Ustaoğlu emphasized that the contribution made to the country's economy by exporting is also remarkable. Ustaoğlu thanked the businessmen who produce, provide employment and export.
