Within the scope of coronavirus measures, citizens using public transportation vehicles belonging to Konya Metropolitan Municipality need to match their Elkards with Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) codes.
In accordance with the circular titled "HEPP Code Inquiry in Urban Public Transportation" issued by the Ministry of Interior, the efforts to integrate the Elkart System used in public transportation in Konya into the HEPP System put into service by the Ministry of Health have been completed.
ELKART AND HES SYSTEM CONNECTED TO EACH
Konya Metropolitan Municipality has completed the technical work carried out to ensure the integration of Elkart and HEPP systems within the scope of the circular. As part of the studies, all citizens using buses and trams belonging to the Metropolitan Municipality must match their Elkards with their HES codes.
LET'S REGISTER AT HES.KONYA.BEL.TR
For (personalized) Elcards registered in the citizens' own name hes.konya.bel.tr They need to save their HES codes to the system via their address. On the other hand, citizens who do not have a name-specific Elcard and who use anonymous cards obtained from dealers must register these cards with their own information and enter their HES codes.
HANDCARDS WILL BE SUSPENDED DURING THE INSULATION
After the integration of Elkart with the HES application of the Ministry of Health, the personalized Elkards of the citizens diagnosed with Kovid-19 or who are in contact will be suspended during the isolation period. If citizens whose elcards are suspended want to get on the public transportation vehicle during this period, the relevant institutions will be informed.
With the study, it is aimed to provide support for people who are diagnosed with Kovid-19 or who are in contact, to comply with the isolation rules.
