"You cannot finish any job on time with vicious minds that cannot produce alternative capital models other than equity, with an understanding that transfers projects from hand to hand for years," he said.

The highway route will start from the current Aydın Peripheral Road Motorway Separation Junction and reach Yenipazar via Dalaman, from the south of the Büyük Menderes River and from the north of Hamidiye and Yazırlı campuses to the south of Kuyucak district.
