“Integration and capacity building of adaptation to the effects of climate change in local and sectoral policies, strengthening inter-institutional cooperation and coordination, developing and disseminating R&D and scientific studies in order to ensure adaptation to the effects of climate change in relevant sectors, to increase sustainable production and consumption and adaptation to climate change. to develop innovative financing instruments, to develop community-based adaptation measures in the fight against climate change, to guide guiding projects in the field of adaptation to climate change, to raise awareness about the urgency and importance of adapting to climate change.

In the statement, it was also announced that municipalities, non-governmental organizations, local governments, universities or research institutions, development agencies and professional organizations can apply to the project, and the deadline has been extended from November 30 to December 28, 2020.
