In the Youth Offices, which IMM has put into practice to contribute to the personal development and career of young people and to offer them new perspectives in many different areas, new term training programs are starting. Young people will be given trainings in English, diction, photography, interview techniques and CV preparation with courses to be held in three different branches.
The new term training programs are starting at the IMM Youth Offices, which Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) has put into practice to contribute to those who are preparing for university, continuing and preparing for business life. The trainings at the offices serving within the IMM Directorate of Youth and Sports will start the course on 16 November. There will be trainings in four different areas: English speaking, interview techniques and CV preparation, diction and photography.
Within the scope of the trainings, the first level determination test will be made for English. Then, the participants will be divided into two groups and continue the lessons. Photography lessons will be both theoretical and applied. Training programs that registrations begin; It will be held at the IMM Youth Office at the Grand Istanbul Bus Station, the IMM Cağaloğlu Youth Office and the Fatih International Youth Office.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION WILL BE GIVEN AT THE END OF THE TERM
The trainings, which will be spread over six days a week, except Mondays, will be given by academicians and sector representatives. The courses, which will be completed in 18 and 36 hours according to their curriculum, will last 9 weeks in total and end on January 15, 2021. At the end of the trainings, which have an attendance requirement of 70 percent of the study hour, a certificate of participation will be delivered to the youth.
PANDEMIC MEASURES WILL BE APPLIED WITH RISK
In the previous periods, the quota was reduced due to the pandemic in the trainings held with groups of 30 people. The trainings will be held with a quota of 5 people in Fatih International Youth Office, 10 people in other offices, and 3 people in 105 offices in total. Fever of all young people who will come to the offices for the trainings to be carried out under masks, social distance and hygiene rules will be measured at certain intervals.

Those who want to register for the trainings must fill in the online application form on genclikspor.ibb.gov.tr or on the social media accounts of the IMM Youth and Sports Directorate. Registrations with limited quota will be closed to new applications after the number of applications is filled.
